The Web Summit in Lisbon is one of the largest tech events globally, attracting industry leaders, startups, and investors from around the world. The conference offers a wide range of insightful talks, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. The venue, Altice Arena and FIL Exhibition Centre, is modern and spacious, conveniently located in Lisbon’s Parque das Nações district, making it easy to access by public transportation.

While the event itself is well-structured in terms of content, the overall organization leaves room for improvement. Registration can be a frustrating experience due to long lines and unclear instructions. Event schedules, while packed with valuable sessions, are not always communicated effectively, which can cause confusion.

The biggest drawback, however, is the level of support from event staff. Many attendees reported that staff members seemed disengaged and were often unable to provide useful assistance when approached. This lack of support can be frustrating, especially given the scale and complexity of the event.

Despite these issues, the Web Summit remains a valuable experience for anyone looking to stay ahead in the tech industry, build professional connections, and gain exposure to the latest innovations. With improved organization and more attentive staff, the event could be...

I was there for WebSummit 2016. I am not sure if it was an issue of the WebSummit organisation team or FIL's, but getting in the building took a good half hour every day queuing and especially the last day of he event, that most of people carried suitcases, it was really annoying to have to go around snail-like barriers, even when there was no queue. The security staff were horrible, not a nice attitude... there were queues for the bathrooms most of the time, a queue to go into the center stage... I think that for events where you expect 15,000 people they should get better organised with multiple entrances and automated check points than the annoying...

Our company recently held an event at the FIL - Feira Internacional de Lisboa, and the experience was outstanding! The facilities were top-notch, and the executive office area above Pavilion 4 was perfect for our senior management team.

A special mention goes to Riccardo from the Helpdesk department, who was incredibly professional and service-oriented. He went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had promptly, ensuring everything ran smoothly for our senior management.

Highly recommend FIL for any corporate events or conventions. The service and attention to detail are truly...

Big and clean place to hold events. Not advised to wear high heels since the entrance is made entirily out of cobblestone. The 4 big Halls are big and roomy. Outside you have a nice view of the sea and the Vasco Da Gama bridge. Websummit was organised here and a lot of people were there. Outside there is also a wooden area with nice fountains. The whole steel complex is modern and futuristic. Advised for holding events or to visit if an event is held there. Come by public transportation (metro/subway) Oriente. I didn't see parking space nearby and traffic is a pain.
