Labrazza Steakhouse — Restaurant in Lisbon

We arrived at 12h, the sign outside said they opened for lunch at twelve, but the staff said they were closed and wouldn't let us in. At about 12h10, we tried again, on second try they told us they hadn't opened yet, and asked us to wait outside for the kitchen staff to finish their meal which is totally understandable, if only they let us know the first time. Finally at about 12h15 they let us in, they could have let us sit the first time and wait inside while sitting.

The Brazilian cheese bread was particularly bad. Dry and crumbly like it wasn't fresh and had been reheated in the microwave.

Average quality meat, low quality Brazilian beef picanha was dry and unremarkable, "thick picanha" was a bit better. The rest of the meats were also average, not too good, not to bad.

Service was mostly slow and each serving modestly sized, though it was a Saturday lunch, so...

I am, or rather I was, a regular customer of this place. After making a reservation, I requested to have an inside table due to the cold. I was told that in the meantime I would have started to consume, and that then perhaps they would have changed my table. Upon ordering, followed by an awkward waiting time, the red-haired waitress, with an awkward knowledge of English, began to pretend to explain to my partner how to order on the menu, taking it for granted. that we were two tourists; not only that, she also allowed herself to make corrections to the orders made, always unaware of the fact that I am a regular customer. My partner and I got up and changed restaurant, as the red-haired waitress didn't even give us time to talk: next time I'll let the waitress decide for me...

O pior atendimento de sempre. Fomos em grupo celebrar o aniversário de um amigo. Fomos recebidos pela pessoa mais antipática e com menos vontade de trabalhar que conhecemos. A colaboradora Joana às 21h07 veio dizer que se não tivesse ninguém na mesa até às 21h15 perdiamos a reserva ( já estavamos 7 na mesa, faltavam 7) quando disse que ja estavam todos a entrar, disse que ainda assim, fechavam às 23h e por isso so podiamos comer até às 22h20. Ja todos sentados eu disse que não comia carne e a joana disse que tinha hamburger vegetariano. Escolhemos o rodízio. Sempre que vinha à mesa revirava os olhos, fazia sons com a boca e suspirava quando demoravam a decidir as bebidas. Quando começou a chegar a comida, tirei 1 banana frita e muito rapidamente a joana me veio dizer rudemente" não pode comer nada do rodizio, pediu hamburguer vegatatiano" eu perguntei se alguem me havia informado que o hamburguer vegetariano nao entraria no rodízio, ao que ela responde "não lhe estou a dizer agora?" Era da responsabilidade dela informar disto quando fez o levantamento do pedido, e pedir desculpa por não ter informado antes. Ja comemos noutros rodízios e traziam a opção vegetariana juntamente com o restante rodizio, sendo que como tudo, menos carne. Trouxe o dito hamburguer ( vegetais em polme fritos , onde era mais farinha que vegetais) não consegui comer nada juntando o stress a falta de qualidade do "hamburguer." No fim perguntei-lhe o nome "joana, porquê?" Pedi o livro de reclamações e o gerente pediu para não escrever. Eram 22h50, continuavam a entrar pessoas,a pedir e a comer. A...
