This place was a life saver. Arrived in Lisbon super late and despite hearing of all of the late night partying to expect, EVERYTHING was closing at 11p, right when I finally found my guesthouse. This place has cheap wine like the name says, but GOOD. The house vinho Verde was chef's kiss Perfecto! And they have tapas, stay open until 2a and have free wifi. They also have the "must try" Lisbon cherry liquor , ginja. And, best of all, it was moderately busy, but still found a table. Unlike the only other 2 places open that were mobbed with people and just awful. Laid back and chill. Plus they have a huge selection of wine by the bottle for sale to take away. My server was super sweet...

Excellent Wine Selection and Knowledgeable Staff I had a fantastic experience at this wine shop. Best wine bar we tried in Lisbon, came back multiple times and always great recommendations (both for wine and attractions in Lisbon) and chat with the bartenders. Very nice chill and friendly environment that always led to conversation between us and the other customers as well as the staff. As the name suggests very reasonably priced wine and helped us to try some of our favourite vinho verdes and ports on our trip....
