Place looks really awesome, simplistic and industrial. There will be a lot of criticism.. starting with the menu, it’s all in Portuguese and even with translation it doesn’t tell You anything apart from type of meat or fish you will eat. Even when the waiter will explain, you will be told what does it mean in direct translations again no explanation at all. Place opens at 7pm, we came there at 8 and half of the menu was already finished (My first time when I wanted here good shrimps - gone) And they close around midnight .. Prices seem to be reasonable at first but then when you see the dish in front of you - well, they are not anymore ... size of veal dish is something like 80gr maybe, few thin slices with olives, for 10€ and no side dish or whatsoever :) if you ask them then they can offer you some bread! Wow.. also salads, 5€ for less than 1 tomato sliced up with olives and coriander.. way overpriced compare to other places. Very touristic as well. We saw similar faces of others when they got served “that’s all?”.. you need to pay at least 15€ to get a decent piece of pork with beans and as for pork that’s a lot! service tries to step up its game but in the end there is 1-1.5 waiter per restaurant and with him/her explaining everyone what it what, you wait a lot for your food to be served (you can see it sitting and waiting on the counter for some time) so it’s not really hot as it suppose to be.. we really appreciated the chef leaving the kitchen to serve all the waiting food but he didn’t know to whom so he was just running around asking if it’s your you or not - eventually he came to us after few minutes of confusion. Food is tasty, extremely small portions, no sides, cold and super overpriced. Really not recommend ! Very disappointed and...
Read moreLooking cool and beautiful is not enough to run a restaurant. Had the worst service experience of my entire life.
We got seated straight away without any explanation of the concept, menu is written on the wall, so everybody is just standing up in front of it trying to get a glimpse of what's written. Ok, this would take a while. At least let's order drinks : bunch of cocktails and a homemade ginger beer. Took probably half an hour before they get on the table, and gingerbeer turned into a Superbock. Meanwhile, our charming waitress set the table by just throwing plates and cuttlery on the table "how many of you ?" , well 5, obviously. Time to order the food, we better do it asap as it will probably take even longer. But most of the items were out of stock. It's okay, will take whatever is available. But PLEASE, no coriander, there is a serious allergic person on the table. EVERY dish came with coriander. And the waitress excuse was "oh, but it was my colleague who took the order, not me". This is extremely unprofessional, allergies need to be taken seriously, you guys are serving food and drinks, you have the responsability of just NOT poisoining people. So 2h we in, rounds of food are being dropped on the table without clearing the empty plates, just making a mountain of dirty dishes in a tiny table. And our allergic friend still didn't have any food. By the time finally we get to deal with someone a bit more clever, kitchen was closing and they couldn't serve anything else than a tiny ceviche.
Once again, being cool and beautiful isn't enough to run a restaurant. Staff is nice and we cannot blame them, but management either is terrible either non...

The reality is it's just okay. If I could I would say its 3.5 stars as with some changes it could be a great place
The food will stuff you so no complaints there but there is definitely a variability with the quality when it's good it'd great but when its not good it's only okay. The cocktails are really well done for the price, my espresso martini was the best I've had.
The service is acceptable. I do not understand why people at upset at service staff just putting the food down. It's clearly not a fine dining.
That said some improvements at busier times could be made. We struggled to find the waiter to put our name on the list and we had to walk up to the counter to pay as they took so long to check on us.
In addition they could do a better job at explaining it's tapas rather than relying on you figuring it out and potentially look into using digital menus rather than force you to walk over to a random wall in the restaurant where they've scribbled it out
The atmosphere was great. I love the hipster Vibe. It could have been a cool restaurant in Shoreditch in London and the LGTB friendlyness sets it apart. It's also really cool they are pet friendly.
Overall an okay experience worth visiting once in a while especially when they have events on, during quieter periods or if you have reservation but probably not...
