DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!
We ordered over Glovo, where it was described that we could not track our order since it is not glovo delivering, but Dominos themself. We informed via the app for the courier to call us when they were outside so we could guide him up.
We waited 2 HOURS to get any update on our order, when it suddenly said delivered. We checked outside and downstairs, NO PIZZAS!!
We tried contacting glovo support, but response time is 2-3 days.. I called the number found on google, i got redirected to the store we ordered from and was put on hold FOR 1 HOUR???? (I could hear employees talking and laughing the whole time and throughout)
We ordered 20:00, and now it is 23:00. Still no pizza, no refund, and we are...

Read moreI scheduled a large pizza order through Uber Eats one day in advance for a team lunch. On the day of the delivery, for the second time, I received a call from the store saying there was no delivery driver available and that the staff member was completely alone.
I had to go to the store myself and pick up 30 pizzas, because I couldn’t leave everyone without lunch.
I don’t blame the staff member, she was clearly overwhelmed. But it’s unacceptable for an entire store to be operated by one person doing everything: preparing pizzas, serving tables, managing deliveries, and running the register. That’s a management failure, not a one-time issue.
