This Nigerian restaurant was one of the most frustrating dining experiences Iâve had.
After sitting down and spending three minutes deciding on my first choice, I was casually informed it wasnât availableâonly after Iâd chosen it. I took extra time to pick something else, and again, I was told that dish wasnât on the menu either. It felt like half the items listed simply didnât exist, yet no one bothered to inform customers up front.
When I finally settled on a third choice, the food that arrived wasnât even what I ordered. To make matters worse, it was cold. The staff didnât apologise or offer to fix the mistake, leaving me with a meal I hadnât chosen and couldnât enjoy.
Poor communication, terrible service, unavailable menu items, wrong food, and cold dishesâthis is not how a restaurant should be run. I wonât be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good...
Read moreI placed an order today and had a very disappointing experience. After waiting for hours, I received only part of my order â I had ordered two plates of soup (white soup and vegetable soup), along with fish and fried plantain, but only one soup was delivered. On top of that, the fish was poorly grilled and the plantains were replaced with bad potatoes. This isn't the first time I've had issues with them. During a previous visit, I even found hair in my soup which is completely unacceptable. Itâs frustrating that I paid for a full meal and didn't receive what I ordered. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but no one answered. I ended up reporting it to Bolt and received a refund, but it was less than the value of the missing items. I really donât recommend ordering from this place. Itâs disappointing to see such poor service and...
Read moreThe atmosphere of this restaurant is good, great location and good service but the owner have to get a very good cook, whoever is cooking this food need to be changed for a better review of this restaurant. When customers want authentic nigerian food, they should not be asking if this dish I ordered is Nigerian. The okro soup is not what can be called okro soup and the jollof rice is like mixing rice with stew, the turkey was boiled and bone. The bitter leaf soup and moimoi were ok. Kindly do something about the quality of the food you serve customers. I read the review before coming but ignored because I want to try the...
