There are a few restaurants in Lisbon called Huang He, this is for the one on Rua Dona Filipa de Vilhena, and my 2-star review is based on delivery. Highly disappointed - not for the food (which was good), but the price/portions! Noodles are supposed to be cheap, so at €12.50, I was expecting shrimp fried noodles to have more than four little shrimp and a small container, and only half full of noodles. The gyosas cost 1€ a piece, which is quite expensive. Over 20€ for dumplings and noodles, street food, is not worth it, not to mention the delivery fee. They brought my starter (corn soup) and the main course (sweet and sour chicken) at the same time. I asked them to keep the main course warm in the kitchen whilst I ate my soup - they brough it back later cold. I asked them if they could microwave it and they seem to get very confused.
