Luzeiros Caffé — Restaurant in Lisbon

At 1PM for lunch, 3/4 of the staff is having lunch outside, where we were directed by some staff member. More than 20mn and nobody came to us. A person arrives while being on her phone, small talk with another customer, and only after this somebody took the time to talk to us. Not to mention the face the employee did when we mentioned what is described above.

No wonder why this place in empty despite such a good location for business. No professionalism whatsoever, no organization, and most important, no lunch for us...

Don't order when the wait staff is ordering their food. You won't get your food until their food is cooked first. Apparently I went during their(wait staff) lunch break. The wait for my food was too long How long does it take to cook scrambled...

Relatemos a infeliz experiência. Chegado do café fui super bem recebida pelas senhoras muito simpáticas. Entretanto sentei e percebi que havia uma zona distinta (entendi logo que pertencia a algum alojamento) até ai tudo bem. Enquanto comia um senhor não sei se responsável se gerente se o quê na frente dos clientes descompõe uma empregada algo como “os clientes hospedados são mais importantes do que estes” em que eu me incluo NESTES. Não sei se o senhor sabe que ESTES menos importantes provavelmente são os da Namur que agora se encontra fechada ao fim-de-semana e este local é o mais próximo aberto.
