Stopped in for a Saturday lunch. Empty with 1 table coming after us. They sat us behind a refrigerator with no space, we were a table of 4 🤷‍♂️ We ordered bread, convert, sangria (delicious) and some drinks for the kids. We had a salad (decent, fresh) and 3 pasta dishes. The pumpkin ravioli was super sweet and appeared to be the same dough as the other pasta (water, flour only). Filled pasta is from Emilia Romana and should be an egg pasta. This was not an egg pasta. It was oily and had no sauce and seemed like a dessert it was such a sweet flavor. We couldn't eat it. I had what was called "cacio e Pepe". There are 4 ingredients to this classic Roman pasta: egg, pecorino Romano, guanciale, black pepper. It was missing 2 of the 4 ingredients (guanciale and egg). The plate came out cold, which left the spaghetti with pecorino hard and dry. There was no sign of any guanciale and no flavor of it either (even if they used a cheap bacon, it would have been more authentic than leaving one key ingredient missing). It was so disappointing, we couldn't eat that either. We left 2 plates half eaten, both of them pasta. The third: spaghetti with tomato and shrimp was decent and the kids ate their portions.

There is a good looking pasta room off of the dining room, covered in a weird 1890's style lace curtain, which is odd. The server was nice enough and they have plenty of outside seating going unused.

From the weird seating of our table (behind the fridge with no space with an empty dining room with plenty of better options) to totally incorrect and bad pasta dishes, to the odd and random grandma style decorations here and there, to the coffee capsule machine, I can see why they're basically empty on a Saturday lunch.

I want them to be better. This neighborhood needs authentic pasta place with good flavor and a comfortable place to be on a Saturday, but they are really missing the mark. Hard to explain but getting a chef and recipe that at a minimum creates authentic classic recipes (you have a real pasta room!) and add some decent music, drop the dirty lace curtains and liven up the place... you'll be busy!

Please pull some recipes off the internet for filled pasta dough and the classic Roman pastas you offer. Correction: I DID order the carbonara and got an ice cold plate of spaghetti with pecorino. it was a solid mass within 1 minute of arriving. My partners ravioli was oily, with no discernible sauce other than a flavorless oily substance. We wish this place was better and the owners tried to make the offerings better, rather than blaming the customers for poor seating, substandard pasta and a non welcoming attitude as evidenced by his response. If this is #4 Italian restaurant in Lisbon,...

My Review of LA PASTA FRESCA Godono & Raiola Lda @ Avenida 5 de outubro 186A ,1050- 064 Lisboa ,Portugal Small can sometimes be really wonderful!

This small Italian restaurant in Avenida , can make any diner feel happy in eating out here!

It took all of 10 years for Mr Giuseppe of Naples Italy with his amor Ms Stefania , to build this homely restaurant , to bring to Lisbon very authentic italian pastas that's absolutely a culinary delight.

Mr Ernesto, who has had a long stint working in Resaurants in USA ,France and Spain has been ably assisting Mr Guisippe in managing this retaurant for well over 6 years .

Their pastas are all made in house with the passion of a true italian served and served with fresh vegetables and good quality Cheese !.

Their food speaks for itself !

If you are in Lisbon and want to taste real authentic italian food this is a go to place !

My first time dinner with my family of five comprised of a plate each of Brushetta, some pao (bread) served with olive oil and pepper , Spaghetti in pesto sauce ,Tagliatta Ruco with a a glass of fresh orange juice, a glass of Casarecce Beer and perfect ending to our dinner with excellent soft and moist, just right Taramisu dessert!

We were set back by just 64.65 Euros with taxes included.

Friends ,if you are in Lisbon next try out this restaurant , you...

EXTREMELY RACIST AND DISCRIMINATING!! My family and I went to this place for dinner and my mom wears a hijab. We were looking at the menu and the owner of this restaurant refused to serve us and said that their cuisine is only pork the second time I went with my mother in the morning for a coffee and we saw people sitting drinking coffee and we come across the owner of the restaurant or whoever he is an old grumpy man and tells us they don’t have coffee here and told us to go down the street to look for a different place and when we mentioned how there are people literally sitting drinking coffee he says with the most disgusting attitude that these are for the workers only even tho they clearly looked like guests. Don’t go to this restaurant they discriminate and are extremely racist and will NOT SERVE U! And the owner has the most disgusting attitude

My response to you: first of all I made sure of the place and location before I left my review. Second of all you state how it is a restaurant not a cafe but on the menu there is literally a coffee section. Third of all I understand if the staffs are new but that does not justify the discrimination we faced with this restaurant and how you did not want us to stay by mentioning that the food u serve...

La Pasta Fresca – Authentic Italian in the Heart of Lisbon La Pasta Fresca is a wonderful Italian restaurant in Lisbon, offering an authentic dining experience that leaves a lasting impression. The pasta is excellent—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of rich flavor. Paired with a glass of their tasty prosecco, it makes for a truly delightful meal. The service is fantastic—attentive, warm, and professional, adding to the overall charm of the restaurant. The only downside was the pistachio cake for dessert, which we found too dry compared to the otherwise outstanding meal. Still, with its amazing pasta, great drinks, and top-notch service, La Pasta Fresca is absolutely worth a visit in Lisbon.
