What an experience!

From the start, there was a mistake with the Porto: the waiter brought us a glass of wine instead. To make up for it, he poured the end of the last Porto bottle, which barely filled two half glasses, but charged us for two full ones — already a bad sign.

Then we ordered two dishes, but neither was available. Instead, we were offered improvised options, including a so-called "Caesar salad" that wasn’t even on the menu. While waiting, we saw the kitchen staff going back and forth with bags of frozen food, including two large bags of chicken.

In the end, since the chicken was taking too long to defrost, they served us a "Caesar salad" made only of iceberg lettuce and grated parmesan. When we pointed out there was no chicken at all, the waiter casually admitted that the chicken wasn’t ready... So we canceled the salad and switched to a mushroom risotto. It arrived much later, out of sync, and clearly made with canned mushrooms.

To top it all off, when I asked for some bread to wait, we saw the waiter rushing to the kitchen to put frozen bread in the oven. A few minutes later, it was served still frozen in the middle.

In summary: a charming place, but a terrible kitchen, like a badly run cafeteria. Definitely to avoid...

We booked this last minute as another restaurant cancelled. The waitress was very kind and attentive. However, there was a little confusion over the gluten free options and there were not many veggie options either. There were no main menu items that were gluten free. Unfortunately, many of the wines were not available. This wasn’t a problem but seemed off to have a full wine menu with only 3/5 wines available. The ceviche was excellent, the truffle carbonara potatoes were lovely, the duck, veal and sea bass pasta were mid. The lamb didn’t really work but they made the effort to make it gluten free. We understand it was new, they tried very hard but it just didn’t hit the...

Had the opportunity to visit during the TheFork festival, cutting off quite a chunk of the price. Good cocktails, tasty mains (the tuna and octupus were quite good), but the starters were a little below par. While some of the options we wanted to try weren't available (which I always hope someone would warn me before actually making a choice), the staff was friendly making up for those little things. But one can't overlook all those details at the set...

Perfect for tapas as there is a big starters selection. Either lunch or dinner should be a good meal too. Servjce is top, environment too and most important the food! Creative Iberian food with a twist. Very Lisbon and very international. And the deserts are to die for
