Just had dinner at Sushi Time and came back with a bad taste … the food was okay but it was the first time we encountered racial discrimination in Portugal . We asked for a table close to the street side of the restaurant and despite there being many vacant tables in the restaurant close to the window and in the in between line, (some with reserved signs and others without), we were told they were all reserved and asked to sit at a table on the inner side of the room, close to the service counter. By the time we left several tables in the i between line were still unoccupied, leaving us wondering why they had refused to allow us to sit there. Pleasant staff, cool decor the food does let it down a bit. Sushi is so minimal that there isn't anywhere to hide really.

Miso Soup is really watery and my bowl only had one lump of tofo in it and no seaweed, it wasn't served all that hot either.

Sushi and shasimi dish was big and ok, nicely prepared but the fish didn't blow my mind, not enough ginger either. I also had some vegetable tempura a great selection of vegetables though but it was a little under cooked as the batter was gooey and not all the crispy in places. The dipping sauce was too thick to absorb into the batter to pass on the satisfying vinegar flavour.

All in all, not bad, there is probably better sushi to be found in a sea-side...

This place used to be great. Literally the best sushi place in Lisbon with their rodizio option. Now it there was 1 person serving the entire rodizio for the entire restaurant. As you can imagine 25+ tables being served by one person is impossible. Nothing against the staff, they were lovely, this is management problem. They need more people. Horrible treatment of their staff giving them impossible tasks. The food was also awful. The fish didn't seem fresh or might have been refrozen. I say this because the texture was very off putting. We were a table of 4 and we all decided to leave early. I would avoid this place. There are so many other great...
