Worst dinning experience I ever had! An unacceptable experience from start to finish.

We had a group dinner with a pre-set menu, and what followed was truly one of the worst service experiences we’ve ever had.

We arrived at 9:30 PM, but didn’t start eating the main dish until midnight, an astonishing delay for a pre-arranged dinner. Despite informing the staff in advance about a food intolerance, they only mentioned at the very last moment that they couldn’t provide an alternative. That guest didn’t eat anything.

To make matters worse, three fish dishes that were part of the agreed menu never came, meaning a total of four people went the entire night without food.

The service throughout was disorganized and unprofessional. Staff looked constantly confused, removed plates and cutlery while people were still eating or drinking, and refused to serve all the drinks that were included in the menu.

And all of this happened in a restaurant that is far from inexpensive.

The atmosphere was great, fantastic live band and samba dancers, it turns into a big party as it gets later. The food was nice, however the place needs DOUBLE the staff, the staff were very nice but they were completely overwhelmed so service was very poor. Queue for reservations to enter, we ordered drinks first which took around 20 minutes, then we ordered starters and mains, the starters arrived around an hour later and for a 10pm booking we received our mains at half past midnight. Likewise, we didn’t get what we ordered exactly and some random dishes came to the table. Luckily we were enjoying the music so it went ok.

I wouldn't recommend the restaurant to anyone. Even though they were always polite, the staff constantly got our orders wrong and continuously kept giving our food to next next table and vice versa. We had to refuse food we did not order over 5 times. Even after a waitress came to our table to check our order, the bill had the wrong number of dishes and drinks and charged us about 20€ over the price of what we ordered. The quality of the food is not up to standard and the band played the music too loud, making it almost impossible to talk to people across the table.
