I was doing research into what places offered the best Prego in Lisbon and this place was listed in the Top 6. We made the trek from the Chiado area on foot and we finally found the restaurant near the base of the bridge. We fortunately beat the crowd to this restaurant as we were able to get a table for 4 right away, but that was also the last time we received any timely service from the staff. It took about 10 minutes to get a menu (only after the table next to us ordered and didn’t need their menu anymore). After getting the menu, it was another 15-20 minutes before someone took our order… I normally would have left, but I was there to try their Prego. When the food finally arrived, I think the expectation, plus the level of service really set the bar in all the wrong places. The Prego was good, don’t get me wrong, but was it worth the waiting, No. Maybe the staff was overwhelmed, but it honestly felt like they could really give a sh—. Anyways, it’s a good spot to go to if you’re in the area, but I’m not sure it’s worth seeking out…

We went there for lunch. We wanted to try a vegetarian meal. We were served a dish with unknown ingredients. I asked the waiter to type it in Portuguese into my phone to see the English translation of food he served us but he said he only serves the food but does not know what he serves. We could not eat it as it tasted terrible and we did not know what it was. The waiters are all males and none of them smile or care about the service or customers or satisfaction with food. They all look very unhappy. They should all change professions and do something that brings out a smile on their faces. Life is too short for this misery. The only nice thing about the place is a beautiful view. Everything else could not be any worse.

I came alone and enjoyed a nice lunch. Perfect view of the bridge and river. vegetable soup is very refreshing. steak on the bread is a must-try, perfectly match with the beer. The special lunch on Sunday is Portugal stew. A bigggg plate of stewed vegetables and meat: cabbage, potatoes, beans, pork, chicken wings, beef spicy sausages and blood sausage... should be shared by 3+ persons, but the waitress just kept smiling and did not "warn" me when ordering... but it tasted good.

Queued outside for a table for around 20 minutes so expected the food to be great. We ordered pregos and fries, which we've had in lots of places in Portugal. The beef was quite dry and topped with big chunks of raw garlic which was inedible. The fries came about 10 minutes after the prego and seemed to be frozen fries. The place was busy so had a good atmosphere and the service was good, but shame about the food quality.

Recently opened in the Docas area this is a bar, restaurant and terrace with live music. Last week I went with family for dinner on a Flamenco night. We had some starters and we went for Curries both Chicken and Shrimp with Basmati rice. Although there are wine options we had beers! Couldn't have been more impressed. Swift service, good value for money. Great ambiance!

Nice place, great prego, stunning view, good pricy. If you are close to this place, you definitely have to try one! Careful with the garlic!! If you don’t like, remove it otherwise you will be remembering it for a long time. The meat is very soft and tasty. Find the QR code on table to see menu! You can also ask for a prego on the plate as well!
