AVOID! Unfortunately we had a very bad experience here. We asked for two vegan dishes and when they arrived, were told one was with butter and one without. We reiterated we had asked for BOTH dishes to be vegan, so the waiter returned to the kitchen to double check. He came back immediately, assuring us both dishes were in fact vegan. We started eating and were convinced one container butter, but because we were told it was not, we trusted it was our mistake. At the end of our meal, we reiterated one had tasted of butter and insisted the waiter double checked again. Lo and behold, it turned out one was with butter and unfortunately for us, it was the dish consumed by my partner who is highly allergic to dairy and will now spend the rest of her day and tomorrow on the toilet. This is disgraceful and very dangerous if someone comes to dine here who perhaps goes into anaphylactic shock due to an allergen they are assured is not in the dish. PS: we asked for a gesture of removal of the dish from our bill, but were refused the request, instead offered a dessert free of charge, which we obviously politely...

No idea if it was skin color, clothing, accent, or just not feeling it. Maybe you should have better oversight of your staff.
Like I said, I'm sure Havana liked the business. Like you said, and I agree,...
Read moreWe were a party of three ladies. The food was incredible! Among the three of us we had a tabouli wrap, chicken assado, and pica pau; all three had distinctive flavors and the portions were generous. Our waiter however was distracted by a television show; we had to go inside two times: once to get another round of drinks and to request the check. He did not check to see if we needed anything at all during the whole meal. And three other waiters also were just standing around talking with each other. Atmosphere is eclectic; close to being under an underpass, but next to a...
