Omg. This was the best culinary discovery of the whole year. These are officially the best burguers I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Let me give you the tour: this is a very lovely kiosk with tables outside, in a very cozy space with view to a busy yet colourful street. There you'll be met by the very friendly and helpful staff, and will be presented to a very captivating menu, with equally captivating prices. When I tell you I did not need to eat a burger at 5pm, and it ended up being the best decision of my day, I mean it. I ordered a beef burger and my boyfriend a chicken one. Mine was so juicy I kept dipping the fries in the leftover drip, the meat was super flavourful, and we got to know that they buy their meat daily from the town market, which is right on the side. My boyfriend's tho. I couldn't pick a favourite one out of the two. Usually I don't go for chicken because it tends to be blend and dry. But his was so crunchy and well seasoned, and all the other ingredients just made the perfect combination. AND THE BREAD!!!! I never thought I'd enjoy burger buns as much as this, they are daily made and it shows. I was already full but those crepes where still calling for me, and it was another 5/5, the perfect ending to the perfect meal. I was honestly not having huge expectations about this place (just wanted a fast snack), but ended up having the best chicken burger of my life!

We were attracted by a delicious burger fragrance from across the street, and imme sat down by the nicest and friendliest waitress, who was really making sure we were having the best time during the whole meal (but without being clingy) and even let us pick the music playlist! Also, everyone in the staff could speak English, at least when we visited.

We ordered a Wim Burger and a Kentucky, and were both really impressed by the quality and deliciousness of the food! Prices are great considering the quantity and quality of the food (especially if you order a menu with drink and fries) and we were so pleased by the whole experience that we ended up leaving a tip.

Definitely give this a try, I'll go back for sure if I happen to be in...

Great selection of veal burgers, and mine was cooked to perfection, especially given I like medium rare burgers. Portions are substantial and value priced. And for an additional 1€ on the price of your burger, you will get great fries and a beverage ( tea, coffee, water, lemonade or a glass of wine or beer- cocktails not included in this price). The service is also outstanding! Multiple times, I saw the server move tables to make sure his guests were not in the sun. He was attentive without being overly solicitous. He and his chef are kind people who enjoy what they are doing. Plenty of atmosphere too! WIM is right at the back of the Mercado 31 January. It is completely outside with plenty of umbrellas to shield you from the sun. I would also imagine you could order takeaway and go to the park across the street.
