I've eaten here on different trips to Lisbon. The first time was better than the last. Both times the rice felt like either boxed/instant rice or was reheated old rice that isn't right for just being steamed rice. It was very dry and detracted from the meal significantly. The mains were just OK and a bit too oily. Portions were just right amounts. The servers both times were friendly and nice but were more interested in their phones to pay much attention.
