Bar do Titan — Restaurant in Matosinhos

The service was good and fast, and the view is lovely but the reason I'm giving it a 3 stars is the mess of the ladies toilets and the waiters attitude when I complained about it to my friends. Bear in mind this might seem too detailed, and I might have very high standards of hygiene. The toilet was dirty and very unhygienic. The toilet seat was missing and was clearly covered in small specks of faecal matter which I spent some time cleaning, instead I decided to cover the toilet in toilet paper. The bin next to the toilet was overflowing with paper and it was all over the floor. After I left, there was no soap in the soap dispenser. The waiter was nearby when I came out complaining to my friends about the state of the toilet to which the waiter said, "People can hear you" and I think they should. No reputable establishment leaves their toilets so messy and unkept. I have no idea how often...

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! Waiters are grumpy and Very rude snobbish boss. You easily understand that they only care about making you spend with ZERO client service. First thing you’ll notice is the grumpy working ambiance no one is smiling. We were served burned coffee we didn’t claim it but when we asked for a cup of water with ice. The manager refused and said if you want cold water you have to buy a cold bottle or we won’t give you ice. I offered to pay the ice after the rudeness we had witnessed. Then we understood why such a place has such bad vibes and bad service and BAD BURNED COFFEE. The manager clearly doesn’t know how to treat clients and feels very much like being the boss. I went to Titan Bar in a Friday night with a big group of people. We found a place outside for everyone, but we had to put some tables and chairs together. When we asked if they had something to eat (cheese, smoked ham etc) they said they didn't. Apparently the kitchen closed at 18h and it wasn't possible to eat. They didn't give us another alternative.
