The worse restaurant in my whole trip! The servers were very rude. We got there and only one group of 4 people was there. We asked for salads because we were in a hurry. Two more larger groups arrived and were served before us. When we asked about our food if we could have them to go since they took forever, they got mad at us. They charge us for the utensils, for the bread and olives we didn't ask for, we asked for a coke and they didn't give it to us so we went back to ask for our money from it and they gave us the money with an awful attitude saying the change was correct. Um espaço que preza pela insistência na abordagem ao cliente, e quando o cliente diz: "espere um pouco que ainda estou a escolher " depois de já terem passado 2 funcionárias, então vem no mesmo segundo alguém superior replicando a insistência sobre se já sabe o que vai pedir... Um espaço que não tem terminal MB nos dias de hoje é incompreensível mas, provavelmente dá uma ajuda para fugir à faturação... Uma Gerência que diz que, só afixa a informação de que não tem MB se quiser, não sei se usa as mesmas Leis que eu tenho de usar enquanto profissional, deste nosso Portugal! Estando eu acompanhado da minha Esposa para almoçar, e não tenho reparado quando entramos que estava afixado que não aceitam qualquer tipo de pagamento electrónico, há uma Gerência que diz, têm que pagar em dinheiro senão tem um ATM nas imediações, mas um de vocês tem que ficar aqui enquanto o outro vai fazer o levantamento, bom, não sei se esta Gerência trabalha para a PIDE Moderna ou se simplesmente é ignorante por princípio. Bom, só tive de fazer 1.5kms a pé até encontrar um ATM carregado de com a principal destruição da sociedade, a seguir aos valores claro! Para terminar, os atos ficam com quem os pratica, mas tanto a nível pessoal como a nível profissional, questionar-me-ei sempre, como é que uma Gerência assim se pode sentir realizada com este tipo de procedimentos?
