We had been wanting to visit here as it was giving cool Berlin vibes on insta, loved the casualness of the place and the food looked interesting and different to your typical avo toast places!! So we came for breakfast last week. The menu looked good, and what we did eat was great, but our waitress forgot to put through our second dish (we were two people, so ordered two dishes, but only one came - when we asked she said she didn't realise we had ordered two things, although she recommended the missing dish and we agreed to order it, the toast we ordered to go with it did arrive so, go figure!). Anyway. I thought the design of the place was interesting, they are definitely going for less is more, but they have nice products and interesting wines too. We came on a rainy day so maybe we didn't get the full experience as it was a bit cold and damp (plug in heaters in the space but not working). I can imagine in summer or on a sunny day it would be nice! The kombucha was good also! Coffee was pour over which was nice but not mind blowing, a bit weak. Appreciate the effort and with a few tweaks (maybe more staff training, a barista or a machine / someone who can make proper coffee and some small touch ups on the interior, nice soap in the bathrooms maybe?!). Just suggestions anyway :) I'd go back to try some of the...
Read moreAh, what a delightful little café! The ambiance is nothing short of charming, and the staff, bless them, are as amiable as one could wish for. It’s one of those places where you feel instantly at home—warm, inviting, and so very tastefully done.

We ordered a burrata sandwich, innocuous enough, one would think, and yet we found ourselves sitting there for over 15 minutes. Just as we began to wonder if the cows had to be milked for the burrata, we were informed we’d have to wait another 10 minutes. How very deflating!
Truth be told, it was a rather disheartening experience, especially as I had been looking forward to breakfast there—having been previously enchanted by their truly scrumptious fare. Alas, we left without a meal, a bit bruised by the wait, though fond memories of past visits lingered like a...
