Apuro — Restaurant in Porto

Food was pretty good. We got a burger, burrito, schnitzel sandwich, and falafel. Both the schnitzel sandwich and hummus were great. The burger and burrito were good, but average.

The part I'm mostly disappointed with is the sanitation. We got the baby highchair and it was visibly disgusting. I wiped the tray off with a wet wipe and it came up black. I decided it was too much effort to continue to clean it and instead put it back. Our two yeah old wiggled in a regular chair the whole meal.

My husband was served a burrito that leaked liquid onto a flat wooden plate. This made it incredibly difficult to eat, but more importantly, wooden plates like this harbor bacteria and are unsanitary.

This place was excellent! We were very nicely served the first time we came and had an even warmer welcome our second visit. My wife is vegan and she could eat everything on the menu!

We tried the Lazy Burrito, the No chicken burger, Purist Burger, and the country Bowl. Not to mention the Cauliflower Wings and Hummus plate for starters.

Our only complaint was that they had run out of the cauli wings on our second visit, which we were dying to taste again. So delicious!

They had a few draft beers which were great and a nice change up from the Super Bock you find everywhere else.

Cute little outdoor space and a cozy interior. We did not have a chance to visit during one of their live music sessions but we imagine the space is perfect for that!

Always love when I find new vegan places. The food is great. Especially the cheese platter is something special. If you were a fan of stinky/mouldy cheese, you will love it. I have been vegan for many years and have never seen something like this before! It is quite pricy with 25€. The other food was amazing as well. It is dog friendly, which is also always a plus. The only negative thing I have to say, that we waited 1,5h until all of our food arrived. I don't know if they were understaffed or just unorganized, but the food platters didn't arrive together, but all 20-30 minutes apart.
