Rosário Suites Townhouse — Hotel in Porto

We were greeted with a big smile and a warm welcome from Rita at A Bela Aurora. We spent 3 comfortable nights in this blue room which was very inviting, calming and very spacious. The room is equipped with a Nespresso machine, filtered water and quality shower /hand wash. Big bathroom, very clean. The king size bed, pillows and linen were super comfortable that we slept so deeply every night. A ceiling fan available and room is cool at night even with the shutters closed.||Rita is ever so friendly and communicates in English perfectly. Very knowledgeable. She prepared us a list of restaurants and things to do, which was very handy. ||The hotel is spotless and immaculate. Very tasteful, beautifully decorated to a very high standard. A beautiful home. ||Breakfast is excellent, all freshly prepared. Very tasty and plenty. The garden is pretty and serene. ||Location of the hotel is perfect. Surrounded with unique independent stores, local cafes and restaurants. Not the usual touristic shops. Just a short walk to the centre. The Crystal Palace Park is worth visiting for the view of Porto, which is approx 10mins walk from the hotel. ||We love A Bela Aurora and highly recommend to you. Will definitely return again to stay. The foundation stone of which was this charming home from home.||We booked some time ago, after lots of research and could not have bettered our choice. We had two rooms, different in shape but, with everything needed and more. They are decorated in keeping with the style and period of the building, so a modern twist on the old style. The whole house has been sympathetically restored to a high standard. ||It was refreshing to have no tv etc, who has time anyway!||Our room had double doors we left open overnight, a little veranda to sit on overlooking the town garden, tea coffee and fresh water. ||The area is not far to walk into town, and taxis are inexpensive if you can’t face the uphill return.||Paula arranged our airport transfers which were professional and reasonable. She also confirmed and suggested restaurants and was on hand for any advice needed.||The breakfast is beautiful and freshly prepared to order by the chef.||The whole house feels such a happy place, and we all slept like babies.||We intend to return as we have just skimmed the surface, and hope that there will be a space at A Bela Aurora for us.||Highly recommended and thank you all for...

I feel incredibly lucky to have secured a room at this beautiful guest house.||||It is well located to reach the main city attractions, whilst being in a humble, quiet area of the city where you almost feel like a part of the community. ||||The townhouse itself is beautifully kept and visually stunning. The design and style of the hotel is fresh, trendy and authentic - very chic and luxury, yet not intimidatingly so! I had a room on the top floor which was certainly a walk up the stairs each day, but I felt very privileged to have a top floor room with sunlight pouring through the windows in the morning, and perfectly cool in the evening. ||||The farmhouse table breakfast was incredible - each morning I had scrambled eggs made fresh right in front of me too (delicious!). ||||Finally, all of the staff, in particular the owners, were incredibly friendly and genuinely delighted to share their insights and recommendations which made my stay in the city even better.||||Thank you for a wonderful experience - hope to...
