I hope this review will be constructive and I understand every person has different experience eating from this establishment. Comparatively speaking, maybe the time that I went there influenced how the lack of flavor in the suckling pig sandwich that I ordered turned out. However, it was clear that the sandwich lacked to include any crispy skin, which may not be fair to compare. Easily one of the most popular kiosks within the Mercado Bom Sucesso. Had piglet sandwich and chips for lunch. Roasted piglet was tender and tasty - perhaps just a tad bit salty for my taste. It came with a bread that was crunchy on the outside but soft and sweet on the inside to help balance out the strong piglet taste. The food is not going to surprise you — one you’d typically find in food markets !
