All in all, I think it was a really good restaurant. They keep up everything very traditional, from the interior, up to the preparation and presentation of food. The food was of high quality, the wine as well. The restaurant is located on the 14th floor, which gives a magnificent overview to the city. This is utilized with having big windows around the whole restaurant. For dessert there are couple of homemade cakes, made following a very old traditional Portugal receipts. The waiter was so nice, and fixed us a plate with small piece of everything. I liked the sweets, but I didn't loved it, which is more matter of taste. To my understanding the see bass is the house special and it was indeed delicious. So it was the salmon, which was complemented with very delicious tatar sauce. To my testing the salmon it was just a little bit dry, but that didn't hinder the quality of the whole plate. The least liked dish was the salmon in crêpe. It was lacking flavour, and the whole dish was not working good together. The waiter served the food for us, which was very amusing.

Side note: The restaurant had a Micheline Start in the past, but lost it and now they are trying to get back on the Micheline guide. The whole experience was already very good, but in my opinion there are some the food could be little bit...

The restaurant is on one of the top floors of a building, there's a hotel at the bottom. Stepping in, it feels like you're back in the 1970s; the decor, how the waiters are dressed and even the menu. The views of Porto are spectacular, alongside the overall elevated feeling inside the restaurant. In terms of the menu, it's a mixture of Portuguese classics with French cuisine. Every bite I had of my filet mignon with bearnaise was impeccable. The vegetables and potatoes were perfect, every single bite was flavourful. The service was also top-notch - a reminder of a bygone era. It felt like a restaurant my grandparents would go to; and a place that reminds you of family is special. A very unique place in the wonderful city of Porto. I would recommend making a reservation and ideally the place is for couples; though there was a large table for a...

E a vista… ah, a vista!

Sempre a repetir. Sempre a...

I was surprised to find so many positive reviews! The food is literally overpriced nursing home food. This place survives on the “panoramic view” and on the unique 70s ambiance. Food is bland and drenched with butter and oil, and waiters constantly try to upsell it. I spent ~80€ for lunch for two people and I ended up leaving half of the food on the plate. The fun thing was dessert: the same thing in 3 different consistency. Sweet soup, jello or cold cake of the same orange thing with fruits. Tried to say it is a sweet degustation plate of 3 different sweets, when they clearly used the same base for everything. Definitely do not recommend
