This is a lovely small, intimate restaurant in a very unlikely spot. It was only by accident that my family and I found it. You have to thank Google maps for that. The decor was lovely. Well nothing super elegant, it was warm and inviting with nice soothing colors. The server spoke no English but she was most accommodating and we managed quite well. They did have a menu in English which helped considerably. But above all else, the food was outstanding the chef was masterful at creating beautifully looking roles and dishes. The fish was fresh and won't prepared. I would recommend the California roll which is very different than the California rolls in the US. The miso soup is the best I've tasted. All of the members of my family thoroughly enjoy the haramaki. One big surprise was the eggplant which was half of a small egg plant scored and cooked until the eggplant was soft and well seasoned.
