Excelente place for a delicious drink after exploring the magnificent Sintra. We had an amazing charcuterie board (called Smoked sausages) with some warm buttered toast. We were served by Bruno who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed: charged our phones, gave first aid to little boy who had fallen and who's father came in seeking help as he couldn't find a pharmacy and kept us entertained. This was our last night in Portugal and it was a rainy, dreary Sunday night. We were flying back to Philadelphia next morning and we were craving a beer, hungry, and looking for a bar to watch the Eagles game. Not only was this the only bar open in historic Sintra till midnight but the bartender was cool enough to find the NFL playoff game (Go Eagles!) for us. Such a cool atmosphere. The interior decor was so unexpected and awesome. As the kids would say, “A Vibe.”

The bartender was very friendly and helpful. He made us “Portuguese Spritz.” Ask for the honey liquor instead of aperol, you won’t be disappointed.

The music was great and the break after all the hills was much needed.
