Tried to get in Enigma a couple of times but was fully booked. Left my number for a chance of a table and had a call after about 15 minutes. Really nice atmosphere, had the burger options explained in English by lovely Sophia . Great flavours and mixes of ingredients used in the burgers. A lovely side salad with a tasty dressing. The fries were superb with a garlic dip . House white wine was great value and a nice small beer just to set me up. Service was very good and the value was great compared to the UK. Thank you team Enigma hope to see you again next time we are in Tomar. Might be useful to have a copy of menu in English if Sophia takes...

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Tomar, and the ambiance fits well with the price point and style of food. The hamburgers were tasty overall, though I would personally prefer a thicker, single patty rather than the thinner double patty style they use. The bread was very good, and the onion rings were decent, but in my opinion overpriced for the quality.

Overall, it was a good experience, but the service left something to be desired. The staff were not particularly friendly, and the service felt just average. With some improvements in this area, the experience could easily match the strong location...

Traveling with a teen can be tricky when it comes to food. Every once in awhile you have to enjoy a burger on the trip to change up "eating local food". Enigma was a pleasant surprise serving a variety of burgers and chicken sandwiches with ingredients not normally found together... Especially on a burger. It all worked and was tasty.
