I'm on vacation with my friends. On our trip to visit Tomar, we stopped at this café. I had to translate the menu to my friends, and that's ok, but what is not ok is that they got angry because we took more time to choose. They were out of a lot of things. We could clearly see that they were annoyed by the presence of tourists. The food was bad, with no taste. We don't recommend this place. There was not a large queue and plenty of seating available, but we were ignored by the counter staff (maybe because we were British but trying hard with our limited portuguese) and we felt unwelcome. After 15 minutes of being served around (and locals/ friends being greeted and served from behind us) we gave up and went to a friendlier smaller establishment.
