Star Kebab & Pizza Tomar — Restaurant in Tomar

Don't know where to start to be honest. Looks like a nice place, staff were friendly but useless. Visited with the wife, I had a mixed kebab and asked to pay for extra, the wife had a pineapple pizza. The mixed extra large kebab I asked for was the same size as the guy next to me, and I paid for it.... But didn't receive. The meat was ok, even thou for a mixed kebab the chicken was none existent. The sauce was ok, but lame compared to the many other kebab places I have been too, and I been to many, believe! The pizza my wife had ordered was the biggest disappointment thou, the pineapple was was dead and deserved to be complained about. So I paid my bill, and then let the staff know about the pizza. They didn't seem to care much at all. On the grand scale of kebab houses this place doesn't even belong on...

Do not recommend.

The pizza is just... Don't call it pizza. The dough is flat and tasteless. Same for ingredients.

The people there barely speak Portuguese. Always try to switch to English, which is also not very strong.

The waiter came to ask if everything was fine and then just turned his head away from us when I was about to make a couple of comments and suggestions.

All the time a TV was playing with some atrocious AI-generated clips of barely dressed DJ girls. The "music" was similarly awful.

This is not India or Pakistan or some other under-developed country you came from. We have culture here. Rest and leisure culture, food culture. Try...

So good we visited twice in a week. Five of us went in and sat upstairs. Within a few minutes our order was taken and the Aircon activated to help us chill.

Another 5mins later our food was brought up and it was a large portion big enough to satisfy any appetite.

We left full and very happy with the price which was under €28 for all five of us having a full meal with drinks.
