I recently had the chance to eat at a Lwzaar , and it was really nice. The food was amazing and exceeded my expectations. Though it was a bit expensive, the taste and quality made it worth it. The Lobster with White Cream dish was especially delicious and left me wanting more.
I also tried their Prawn Biryani and Hamra fish, both of which were incredibly tasty. The flavors were well-balanced and the presentation was impressive.
there are a couple of things that could be better. First, I wouldn't recommend getting the soup. It was too small for the price and not worth it. I hope the restaurant considers this feedback and rethinks their soup offerings.
Second, it would be great if they had local Qatari soft drinks. It would add a nice touch and give customers a taste of the local culture.
Lastly, I was disappointed with the staff. When my husband and I arrived, the employee who greeted us wasn't very friendly. Even though we had made a reservation, we were made to wait while another customer was given priority. Eventually, we were seated in a mostly empty dining area, so the wait was unnecessary.
In summary, my experience at this restaurant was mostly positive. The food was delicious and left a lasting impression. However, there are areas that could be improved, like the soup portion sizes, beverage options, and staff training. With these improvements, this restaurant has the potential to be an outstanding dining...
Read moreVery poor experience.. the only good thing was the fresh fish you can choose so it is prepared for you. The waiter who attended our order at the fish market was great! And all the rest was very disappointing/ disgusting: waiters who served at our table with no manners (even “good evening” looks like it was too much to say) -they touch/remove your glasses, napkins all the time without asking any permission (we found a waiter roaming around our table touching our cutlery, napkins while we were away choosing our fishes despite we already clearly mentioned while we arrive we do not want anyone around the table touching everything when we do not ask for it. And in this kind of restaurant which supposes to be a good one, this is rude and creepy to do that without asking and even more when we are away) they ignored us right after the main dish and we spent 30minutes to try to get a dessert (by the way they have good dessert). No one was attending us and we had to ask 3 different people to bring the menus.. some of the waiters were not even able to communicate in english. we wanted to take our veggie basket as a doggy bag and were told they re-use in the kitchen so we cannot take it (re-use it how? 🤢 it looks weird and not really hygienic to serve food which has been served to other customers).
A very disappointing experience, for sure we will never come back as it is clearly overpriced compared to...
Read moreL’wzaar Restaurant one of the best restaurants in Qatar it's a combination of the old school Qatari kitchen and international food. For example, if you prefer Japanese food like sushi the will serve you. Also, the location of the restaurant is perfect you can see Arabin Gulf with an old boat. In all of these scenarios, you can see it throw transparent glass. The inside decoration is amazing with some fish tank with sea fishes, moreover, the color of the wall is blue it gives you a feeling of sea and under the water feeling. I visit this restaurant more than 100 times and I really like it and recommended it. with choosing fresh fish and big companies lobster you can feel the test of food. On the other hand, Let's talk about the negative side as pre the price it's an expensive restaurant since they started more than 5 years but they never did a promotion and if you want to do outside parties they don't have external catering. In addition, the never develop their website our Constitution on digital marketing, for example, Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook, etc. In winter they put an outdoor table but without taking care of our side place. In the end...
