The food was great, the restaurant itself was great, it was busy, but still can give it 4 stars. I took a star away because the bartender (Veronica) this Friday night was terrible. When seated she greeted us, i asked for water with lemon and a moment to look over the menu, she just walked away with a blank face. Tended to everyone at the bar, never brought me my water or came back to us, I had to flag her down for every thing. She literally double checked on everyone at the bar but ignored me and my husband. We are on vacation for our anniversary, this should have been a pleasant experience, I flagged her down to order or food, i mentioned we would order drinks after our food order was in and asked her again for my water please. She went to everyone at the bar then sat my water down, no straw. Never came back to take our drink order. I waited maybe 15 minutes, flagged her down again, ordered our drinks, waited for her to do some miscellaneous things then she made our drinks, brought them to us, again no straw. My husband tried to ask how they were made, she gave him a blank answer with a shoulder shrug. She clearly served the man next to us too many drinks because he threw up all over the bar. We were moved to a table and accommodated by the managers who were absolutely amazing. They remade our drinks. I wish I could tip them. Being in the service industry before and a bartender for 10+ years, I understand when things are busy and stuff happens. I also know when a persons attitude is just poor. Sad to say, im kinda happy our experience was saved by the poor guy vomiting.

It started off good. But I was very disappointed with the food and the ultimate experience. We sat down right away which was nice but we ordered our food 20 mins after sitting. It then took over an hr to be served our plates. My husband and I both ordered a pasta dish. You would think how can you go wrong with pasta, right? Well, apparently very wrong. My husband's food was cooked, he got to eat his. But my pasta was uncooked. Raw to be exact. I told the server I can't eat raw pasta. Especially when the pasta dish cost $36.00. The server apologized and returned it to the kitchen. The manager was very apologetic and said they would make sure I got a new meal. I waited yet another hr to get my food. By then my husband was done eating. I was frustrated. People who came in after us also was done eating and I didn't even get to begin. By the time I got my food, I asked for a carry out bag because I went there to celebrate my 52nd birthday. The place was pretty, my drink was great the server was nice and yes we still have her a nice tip nonetheless. Their prices are way to expensive. It may have been cheaper to go to Salvatore's Restaurant instead. But I got the experience even though it wasn't great for me. The 2nd pasta try was good and cooked. But it's never good to have paying customer's waiting like that to eat. The manager didn't charge me for my food as an apology but I still would have liked to have had a good meal the 1st time and ate with my husband. I won't be going there again.

Our daughter loves the atmosphere of Rainforest Cafe, so we sometimes visit when we're on vacation in a location that has one. This location (in Niagara Falls, NY) is by far the worst Rainforest Cafe we have ever visited. Most of the food we ordered on our recent visit to this location was borderline inedible, and we didn't eat most of it. Only the fries were good. The salad no kidding had about 1/3 of the listed ingredients, comprised mostly of a typical $3 bag of lettuce from the grocery store. Service was laughable/non-existent for our table, and for each of the tables around us as well (and possibly the entire restaurant, I don't know). This Rainforest Cafe location in Niagara Falls, NY is independently-owned and operated. I suspect this may be because Landry's wants to distance itself from this absolute joke of a restaurant. While we may very well continue to visit other Rainforest Cafe locations occasionally as a special dinner for our daughter while on vacation, we will never visit this location again. It's that bad. If this is the only Rainforest Cafe you've visited, feel free to try another Rainforest Cafe and you're guaranteed to do much better. If you've eaten at other Rainforest Cafes (or haven't!), stay away from this restaurant. This restaurant is a joke, and the joke is on you (and it's not an inexpensive joke). Two stars overall, and that's being generous. Four stars for the environment for young kids, 0.0 stars for the service, and 0.5 stars for the food.

Dear Rainforest Café Buffalo Management Team, I’m writing to share feedback about a visit my family and I made to your Buffalo location on September 10,2025 (7pm) . I’m from Orlando, Florida, and have grown up going to the Disney Springs Rainforest Café. As a long-time guest and Landry’s Select Club member, I’ve always experienced great service and a fun, memorable atmosphere at Landry’s restaurants. Unfortunately, our experience at your location fell far short of what we’ve come to...

I am so disappointed with the service. I dined there on January 6th at 7PM When we got there the hostess said the bar was full service and there was no wait to be seated unlike the dining room which had a 25 minute wait. We had tickets to another event so we chose to sit at the bar so we could make our show at 8. There were 3 bar staff, 2 behind the bar and one server taking orders at the table - he was the shorter of the 3 (writing this so mgmt can identify him.) He came and asked if we...

Into the rainforest we go...

My grown daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday at Rainforest Cafe as we have done the last couple of years. So we ventured out on a Monday evening to celebrate. When we arrived there were a few people at the bar and a handful of tables seated.

I'll admit going into this that this is a chain restraint and I'm not expecting anything amazing, just a fun night out.

We waitedabout 15 minutes for our server to take our drink order and thanks to the greatly...
