This place does what a burger should do: be something everyone can enjoy. It is located in Seneca Casino and to the left when you are in it. We were greeted by a friendly waiter who asked us for our order. Our meal total came out to 52.32, a perfectly fine total for the great food we ate. My kid could also eat there too even though it was a casino. Unlike my experiences at the casino, we had a lucky time. It was fast, about 10 minutes, give or take 2 minutes. We looked at the fries and saw pure beauty. Fries like these keep me alive. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the burgers were just as good. Well done, not any of the hippie stuff you call "Medium rare" and a nice crust made a perfect patty. The toppings weren't special, but the barbecue sauce needs to be bottled. It left my mouth watering when I went out the casino. You will only see 7s when you go here and a must-eat...

Staff are very Rude. They have zero customer service skills , when asked for the manager to Complain legitimately the 1 African American that has been there several times claimed he was the manager which surely he didn't act like it. Then he claimed another guy who again had no customer service skills was the manager. Same guy had no idea where to even get extra sauce or toppings they forgot on a kids dinner. The mannerism sure should be worked on considering how much is spent at Seneca in general. Horrible experience to have taken my family there for the first time. I had been there a few times and only once was an actual staff member courteous. You people need to train your employees better and also not to bold face lie to customers. This is why people are reduced to recording stuff for horrible experiences like we had last week! No excuses for a worker to not be professional! 1 voice...

We were in Niagara Falls on a Monday, after 8 pm during off season. We had a hard time finding any restaurant open at that time. We found this restaurant on Google maps and went here. We didn't realize it was in a casino, which wasn't a big deal except we couldn't find it at first. There were only a few people in line ahead of us but it took a verrrry long time to order. We would have left if there were anywhere else to eat. We got a burger and blues fries, and beef on weck. Tip: when you go to a burger joint, stick to burgers. The burger was good but not memorable, the fries were very good, and the beef on weck was awful! Very dry, beef tasted old, and the top roll was extremely hard. I couldn't even eat it. Employees were pleasant, it just took a long time...

With your restaurant claiming "The best burger you've ever eaten," I was expecting to be blown away, I was not. Don't get me wrong, the burger itself was cooked excellent and the quality of meat tasted great. But it was certainly not the best burger I have eaten. It tastes comparable to similarpriced burger places, even chains. At $20 per person with fries and a drink it's also pretty steep for the embarrassing amount of topping they give you. The cashier was very nice and professional given the near constant line this place has and the food came out quickly so excellent job to the staff.

Spent $60 for 2 loaded fries, 2 "chicago" hotdogs, and a pulled port sandwich. The "chicago" dogs were nothing near a chicago style hot dog. They were on a soggy brioche bun. No green relish. No sport peppers. No pickle spear. Im not sure how you can even call that anything near a Chicago hotdog. Pretty gross. Lost my appetite after half of the first one when the bun fell apart. The pulled pork was cold and hard! Spend your money somewhere else. This was a terrible meal. Need more proof, check out the pics. The one single positive side - the service was fast and friendly.
