This restaurant is a spin-off of a place that closed some time ago.
The menu is misleading: the Tan Tan is extremely spicy with no warning, and the Miso dish doesn't match its picture (it had extra ingredients). See attached images.

We were informed that despite being called Sanki Ramen, they weren't serving any food—not even ramen—for an hour starting at 4:30 PM. We could still have drinks. This makes me wonder: Is this really a ramen place, or is it a hybrid business where a separate drink service operates with no logical connection to a ramen restaurant?
Original review:
I'm not sure why there was a queue at some point, but after one or two months, when we arrived at the location, we weren't sure if it was the right place. Why did it say "Ou"? We Googled it but still, it's awkward.
The waitress seemed to be in training and struggled to remember our orders.
The drinks and food came at a good pace. The cold brew had a lot of ice, displacing about half the liquid, so we had to sip slowly to make it last.
The ramen was more like a soup. I've had a lot of ramen around the world, and some were worse. This one was a good soup, though. Maybe I don't know what ramen should taste like, but then I should change the reviews I left to other ramen places. Updated as they changed location. It had a different name before.
I'd work on the flavor of the ramen, the cooking time for the vegetables, and the quantities/chopping. A few bits of ginger were overwhelming, and the carrot was undercooked. There was also a lot of green onion, and the chicken became soggy due to the breadcrumb or whatever it...
Read moreI came to this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, I left very disappointed. From the beginning, it took quite a long time for someone to come and take my order—even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. After finally ordering, the wait for the food was also unreasonably long.
One small positive note: a staff member kindly asked me if I would like some spicy sauce, which I appreciated. I said, “Yes, please,” but the sauce never arrived until I had only one bite of ramen left. I had already given up waiting and started eating my long-delayed meal.
The disappointing service didn’t end there. When I went to pay, the staff was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said no And he not even say thank you or anything.
In my opinion, the taste of the food was not worth the excessive wait, and the overall service left much to be desired. To top it off, I wasn’t even thanked after making the payment.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly...
Read moreThis was recommended to me through TikTok, basically everyone was talking about it there. I booked my table one month and a half in advance as the place is allegedly always busy and I thought it would be worth it since the ramen looked delicious in the pics I saw online. When the day of the reservation finally came, I was a bit let down. The ramen is not bad by any means, it was very tasty and I recommend adding some chilli oil. The marinated eggs are probably the best in town. However, I was expecting a more traditional (fatty and maybe creamier) broth & a bit more meat. The noodles were not to my liking but that might be personal preference. The veggie ramen had an arguably better broth but the lack of vegetables in it was kind of disappointing to my friend. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the garden is indeed lovely. If you don’t mind the waiting time and feel like trying a different type of ramen, then you might consider...
