First time in Bucharest. Hotel location was good. Room ok size, except the temperature of room extremely warm. Could not make room cooler and basically told to switch off the thermostat! My room was also facing the main street and was extremely noisy. Height of bath was really high so getting in and out of shower was more difficult. Did not find the staff that helpful. On checking in the male behind the desk was rude and very unhelpful. When only one towel left by housekeeping, the receptionist could not understand what it was I was asking for and said to come back after 8am? Breakfast also not very good. Not enough variety and again staff not that helpful. Hotel has a bar, but not once did I see it open? The hotel is missing a trick by not having the bar opened as I would think their residents would probably spend more at the bar, rather than the mini bar in our room! On checking out I asked for my luggage to be left at hotel until my pick up and the male behind the desk nearly had a meltdown! Shouldn't offer this as a service if it causes so much bother. However I would like to thank John who served us later in the day at the hotel, he was lovely and nothing was a problem. Just wish he had been around alot more, which would of made my stay a little...

This time we stayed in an apartment that was facing the boulevard and because there is basically no soundproofing, we were unable to get any rest due to the heavy traffic and parties from the venues around. So... For the price range I'm not sure that it's really worth it, seeing how you take a risk when booking not knowing if you are going to end up well or not.
Very pleasant, staff extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend for families. We traveled with our 10 month old baby, and we were very comfortable. There is a cot available for the baby, and high chairs for him in the breakfast restaurant. The staf were even considerate enough to make an omelette especially for him, well done and without salt. The room was clean and hot, and the parking (paid) is well lit and guarded which was a big plus for us since we left our luggage in the car overnight. We also requested late check-out which we paid a fee for, and could check-out at 14.30. An overall...

I started this vacation a litel cold and now I'm really sick cause the room wasn't airing.||When we asked to move to another room we were told that the hotel is over booked and when our Agent got involved they told him they will Save a room for us. when we came to ask for it they said they gave it to another family.|| The service was awful they don't have any service awareness. when we asked the worker to gave us a map of the City she told us we should look for it (we obviously didn't find it) and she didn't knew to answer to any of our question about sites in the city.||The brackfast was very poor. The only advantage is that that Starbucks it two minutes from...
