Japanos — Restaurant in Bucharest

Not a busy restaurant. But very slow service and requests and orders were not followed. After ordering smoothies, which were actually good, the remaining dishes were prepared incorrectly/differently than explained and quite small. A dish was prepared spicy when specifically requested otherwise. Even more frustrating, staff lied to my face about one dish (bringing me something else and then making some claim that it was the right dish even after I pointed to the menu with its name). I cannot explain why this place has such good reviews, maybe because people have never tried a good ramen. To be one of the bests in Bucharest and to have such low quality broth I d feel ashamed. I gave them 4 different chances to change my mind, but instead the dissatisfaction and disappointment was bigger and bigger. I ll never give them another one. Extremely disappointed!!! Made an order an a food delivery app, the photo on the store is of a bento box with lots of ingredients, as it should be and I got some salmon with rice and cabbage salad, NOT A BENTO BOX!
