My wife and I just had dinner here. My only question is why isn’t there a line out the door??My wife and I have been traveling through Eastern Europe for a couple of months and this was hands down the best meal we have had. Waiter, owner, chef were unbelievably kind and the service was second to none. My wife had pork stew with polenta and egg and I had the pork knuckle over white beans and they were both to die for. Am avut ocazia să vizitez un local deosebit în Sibiu, care m-a cucerit nu doar prin atmosfera intimă și cozy, dar și prin calitatea desăvârșită a preparatelor. De la primul pas înăuntru, am fost întâmpinați cu un zâmbet cald de către Adi și Sorin, cele doua gazde care nu doar că îți fac să te simți ca acasă, dar își pun toată pasiunea în fiecare detaliu al experienței culinare. Am simțit cu adevărat că aici găsești o atmosferă de familie, unde fiecare client este tratat cu multă grijă și respect.

Mâncarea... pur și simplu de neuitat! Am gustat puiul în sos cu ardei, care a fost cu adevărat delicios. Carnea . O adevărată încântare pentru papilele gustative!

Dar cu adevărat savuros a fost desertul: papanasii. Unii dintre cei mai buni pe care i-am mâncat vreodată! Pufoși, fragezi, cu brânza perfectă și o ciocolată de vis.Muuulta ciocolată 😻În combinație cu smântâna si frișca proaspătă, au fost un final perfect pentru o masă memorabilă.
