When I see the reviews regularly pointing the lack of customer service, I feel that my addition to the narrative will not change anything but…let me say first that I think it is a nice coffee place, it feels warm and cozy. Also, beverages are good, if not excellent.
Unfortunately, there is no way I will be back in this place, and no way I will recommend it (note that I am aware it won't make a difference for their business). I have been there three times. And three times was I disappointed, or left with a bitter feeling. First time, the waiter was impatient while taking my payment, but I let it go (I paid with contactless and it was not connecting). Second time, I come and take my order "hot chocolate please". The waiter smirk at me and say "well, if you can find a room to sit". Well, I found one and that's why I came to order. It was awkward. I decided to sit at my table and wait. He came eventually with the hot chocolate. Again, I let it go. Maybe I am reading too much into this and he tried to be helpful in his own way.
Third time, place is packed, only one big table available. So I sit there. I order and the waitress tells me this table is for five people and I should move. Yeah, but where? It's packed, I am here, and people can sit at the table if they want. Did that on my first visit and there was no issue. Later on, she comes back and decides I have been there for too long (One hour and a half). I must order something or leave. The place was half empty, I did not see the big deal of me staying but she said that it is the rule. I have been there way longer the first two times, and it wasn't an issue, even when it was crowded. I like working at cafes, and I never was pressured to order more (I went to two other places in Brasov, no issue). I was contemplating ordering something, but the whole process put me off. So anyway, I tried three times, and now I am done and I can really say that the customer service is bad. Really bad. Even good coffee does not worth the way we are...

Read moreCozy and very nice place. Love it. 💛🥰 However, not good feeling till the end due to the attitude of the lady which was unpleasant. She was so upset because I was asking her politely for the bill, after trying many times to have contact with her without result for 15-20 minutes keeping in account that is very small place, with not so many people and I was in hurry to catch an event and still with patience. I recomand to her a visit to a therapist for anger management as Brasov has very good specialists in this area. So she could be more emphatic and nice in her job. In the end I tried to not focus on this part and admit that the beginning was nice and I enjoyed the atmosphere, the coffee and tortilla sandwich. Thank you and good...
