When I see the reviews regularly pointing the lack of customer service, I feel that my addition to the narrative will not change anything but…let me say first that I think it is a nice coffee place, it feels warm and cozy. Also, beverages are good, if not excellent.

Unfortunately, there is no way I will be back in this place, and no way I will recommend it (note that I am aware it won't make a difference for their business). I have been there three times. And three times was I disappointed, or left with a bitter feeling. First time, the waiter was impatient while taking my payment, but I let it go (I paid with contactless and it was not connecting). Second time, I come and take my order "hot chocolate please". The waiter smirk at me and say "well, if you can find a room to sit". Well, I found one and that's why I came to order. It was awkward. I decided to sit at my table and wait. He came eventually with the hot chocolate. Again, I let it go. Maybe I am reading too much into this and he tried to be helpful in his own way.

Third time, place is packed, only one big table available. So I sit there. I order and the waitress tells me this table is for five people and I should move. Yeah, but where? It's packed, I am here, and people can sit at the table if they want. Did that on my first visit and there was no issue. Later on, she comes back and decides I have been there for too long (One hour and a half). I must order something or leave. The place was half empty, I did not see the big deal of me staying but she said that it is the rule. I have been there way longer the first two times, and it wasn't an issue, even when it was crowded. I like working at cafes, and I never was pressured to order more (I went to two other places in Brasov, no issue). I was contemplating ordering something, but the whole process put me off. So anyway, I tried three times, and now I am done and I can really say that the customer service is bad. Really bad. Even good coffee does not worth the way we are...

Cozy and very nice place. Love it. 💛🥰 However, not good feeling till the end due to the attitude of the lady which was unpleasant. She was so upset because I was asking her politely for the bill, after trying many times to have contact with her without result for 15-20 minutes keeping in account that is very small place, with not so many people and I was in hurry to catch an event and still with patience. I recomand to her a visit to a therapist for anger management as Brasov has very good specialists in this area. So she could be more emphatic and nice in her job. In the end I tried to not focus on this part and admit that the beginning was nice and I enjoyed the atmosphere, the coffee and tortilla sandwich. Thank you and good...

Yesterday I was soo hungry and was lucky enough to find the last vegeratian wrap at this lovely caffee. I also loved the talk I had with the barrista. She had a good book on the table and I asked her about it. I also said in joke that I thought someone would wisper Shakespearian sonets in my ear while drinking coffee. She said that there was actually something like that at the grand reopening. Both of us hope that it would be something that can be done like an event.. good live music, reading poetry. The atmosphere would be more lively in those events and gather even more people to the caffee. Today I came in early and got a big latte to get me through the day, another barista was there but I was to sleepy to start a conversation.
