As for food it’s a seafood restaurant and the products presented and delivered are really good and fresh. BUT, try to order those ones which come plain and have as little sauces as possible, it seems the chef is keen on experimenting with the topic;) Well so, urchins and shrimps are waiting for you. Shrimp carpaccio is to creamy hiding the natural flavor of the product. Pasta. Well, well. Again the ingredients themselves are top of the top BUT again with chef’s experimental soul. Bottarga spaghetti should be great with bottarga and spaghetti;) and a few olive oil drops. Herbs and olives are definitely unnecessary here. VERY BAD pizza, from a supermarket counter (discount) , not uniform, heavy and low quality seasoning.
Pasta with cheese and pepper is overcooked, heavy, disproportionate throughout, non-existent creaminess, rather similar to a cement mixture.
Pasta with clams suitable for a hospital ward, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about taste . Overcooked, bland and tasteless.
Starters OK (they were all raw so nothing to cook)
WHITE GLOVE SERVICE ABSOLUTELY INADEQUATE, they put on gloves to show off and the waiter forgets 2 courses (nocellara olives and pancetta), and does not repeat the order to confirm therefore professionalism 0
