Кофемания — Restaurant in Tverskoy District

Today 12 Sept 2025 we went to this Cafe in Moscow. I looked at the menu and found a pasta with beef costs 730 ruble for my daughter. I asked the waitress to change the beef to chicken. The Pasta in the menu had sour cream and all the other ingredients, but when I faced the bill, I found it double the normal price!! (1380 ruble) for only one dish of pasta. I told the waitress that we changed almost nothing, even chicken is less expensive than beef, but I think they gave us this bill because they found that we're foreigners, and will not get back into this restaurant (cafe). Very beautiful place. Professionnal staff, cozy atmosphere. Coffee is ok but not "wow" (better taste for capuccino rather than americano). I tried the brunch burger with an additional egg. Pretty nice and tasty. Unfortunately the waitress didn't asked me the doneness range. By default the meet is "well done", I prefer rare. Portions are fine for that kind of place. Inexpensive place to hang around or dining. Beautifully designed with fresh ambiance in this historic buildings. Just at the corner from main street so easily can be spotted. No parking area at the front of the restaurant. Served great coffee and thick hot cocoa. Very professional and friendly staff who greet and welcome their customers.
