Great cocktail "Moscow Sling", food also look good. What went wrong then? Yes, the soup was delicious but the pasta was overcooked and that's the beginning of the story. (However, the prawn was cooked to perfection)

I was changing my mind so I didn’t get any dessert from here. So I decided to find some other place to go for dessert instead. I went to pay and l just let the waiter know politely that the pasta was overcooked. I like it al dente and therefore I didn’t eat it. There was 2-3 staff there and they were laughing at me and looked at me while asked me very racist “Where are you came from? Are you the Philippines” I said sorry I am not and walked away very disappointing for the Ritz-Carlton Moscow and how they’ve trained...

The only one reason you should go there is the view. The view is awesome from the terrace.

Food was ok. Not that great but not bad either.

But what was surprising is the service. Very poor service and not up to the mark of Ritz or any 5 star place. Waiters are arrogant, rude and serve you as if you came to their house and getting a favor. For your own money you feel horrible. Probably people in Moscow should really learn how service should be. When I am coming to luxury place I don’t want to see angry people and have arrogant attitude towards me when I’m your customer and you make money because of people like I am and other customers. Sad....

Lamentable you come around 2:30 for a drink and admire the view... as they pointed out on the site.... and zero influence, and the front desk staff means that there is no place.... so I enter to still see a little place.... and the surprise Full of empty table.... either saying snuff but not now... anything.... so I hasten to say that we only want to have a drink and enjoy the view... still a refusal.... ok we leave nicely.... now I think that as we were p As on our 31....
