Café Camellia CHIC — Restaurant in Kigali City

I would like to comment on the services at Camellia Chic they are really giving very bad services and the manager argue with the clients to the extent the clients decides to leave.

They don’t offer the client an EBM receipt as they promise to give it to you when you come back but by the time you return he says he doesn’t remember you.

You sometimes order the food and when manager makes a mistake to give you different ones he doesn’t want to change the food he forces you to get what he gave you as he says that it is the best choice he made for you, I...

Service: below even one star, Staff are disrespectful, unprofessional ( takes order with hands in pockets while yawning in front of the guest or when you call them they do not come they just look at you and remain at the bar and respond from there while using their phones!!!!

Excellent food at a really good price. I had a jumbo burger with chips (french fries). It was at least 3/4 pound of beef on a super-fresh bakery style bun. The chips were fresh and not greasy. The whole meal was only 5000 RWF (about 6 US dollars). I will definitely come...
