Fat Mama's Restaurant — Restaurant in Kimihurura

Firstly they have 5 star, because google cannot take the average as only 1 or 2 people have given them review.

There restaurant name sounds goods, sorry by mistake i said it’s restaurant, they should not be even consider restaurant..it is like a cheap shack..

Secondly due to there name in VUBA VUBA ( food app) it was fascinating to order food from them, I ordered and received the worst standard of packaging and food from them in Kigali, they consider themselves as Indian restaurant, I would ask them to shutdown for future benefits and don’t give a name Indian restaurant, if you say Indian restaurant in Kigali- khanna khazana it is, the standard & quality restaurant.

I wonder if it was possible not to give 1 star also..but google don’t give that...

I had heard good reviews so I went. But I think it’s decent, worth the price you are paying. In terms of what’s good; maybe ye starters. I had papri chat which was tasty. But maybe avoid South Indian. Overall okay place, can bring family and if you are keen on Indian food. Covid-19 abs curfew restrictions might be one of the reasons why it was empty. Mostly the Dosai are crisp and really well done (I lived in India before, so I know how they should taste), sometimes it looks like the Indian chef has left and someone else is cooking.
