The Coffee bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

I visit this Coffee beans since nearly 2 years. From the very beginning i was asking the management, why they don´t serve typical products of "THE COFFEE BEANS &TEA LEAF". I was questioned what i am looking for and i answered "ICE BLENDED SUNRISE", I even show the picture of this product, which is available at Coffee beans only (normally all around the world where they have coffee beans, but not in Riyadh, because here is the understanding "for example" if someone visit a Philippine restaurant, Shawarma must be available, which has nothing to do with that kind of restaurant). The friendly guys promised me since nearly 2 years, that this product will come soon. Until today it is only a disappointment. In the mean time i was ordering the Iced Mango sparkling. But even this is not available since more than 2 weeks. The name should not be "The coffee beans&Tea Leaf", they should call it "Riyadh coffee place". I recently ordered a matcha frappe, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The drink tasted more like peanut than matcha, which made it clear that the wrong powder was used. When I questioned it, the server showed me a different bottle of matcha powder, claiming it was used for other drinks. However, he refused to replace or correct my order.

One of the worst places to get a drink from and that goest to the inexperienced baristas that don’t know how to do drinks. I ordered a cappuccino and ice chai latte. While he was steaming the milk ut boiled and was spelled out everywhere, this is not the proper way to prepare milk it should be in a specific temperature to stay creamy. The chai latte was very light that it was transpirant and looked very watery, when i mentioned that to him. His response was it should look like this to not lose the taste of the chai!!!
