We arrived at 19:30 asking for concert when it has to be started. The waiters said that it will start soon at 20:00-20:30. 2 hours left concert still hasn't started. After 2 hours a woman came to us and asked to pay for the tickets. We waited 2 and a half hours and nobody said that we need to buy a ticket.
