Flat Burger BG — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

So, you know how you sometimes keep passing a place and think, "Hmm, I wonder what that's like?" That was totally me with this little corner spot I'd always see from the number 16 bus. Finally, I got around to ordering delivery! And you know what? It showed up super fast, no dramas at all. Always a good start!

Now, about the grub. The the french fries – were seriously good. Like, really good quality, and they were cooked just right. Plus, they came in this little paper cup, which was actually pretty handy.

Then there was the Crispy Alabama burger. It had this little hole for your finger! Genius, right? Made it so much easier to actually hold onto and eat without making a total mess. And the taste? Oh. My. Goodness. So juicy and kind of wonderfully greasy, you know? The meat was cooked perfectly and sliced just right, and all that melty Emmentaler cheese with the crunchy onions? Seriously tempting.

The only tiny thing? Maybe just a tad too much salt for my liking. If they dialed that back just a little, it would have been absolutely perfect.

If you’re a fan of smash burgers, this place is a must-visit. They take the concept one step further by smashing the patty a second time, creating a perfectly flat and crispy-edged burger that’s packed with flavor.

The burger itself was incredibly delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The fries didn’t quite reach the same level as the burger, but they were still enjoyable. A bit more seasoning would’ve made them even better, though they had a nice crisp and were cooked well.

The restaurant is on the smaller side, but they’ve done a great job with takeaway. The packaging is smart and sturdy, so you can enjoy your burger on the go without the usual mess.

We ordered a Classic burger, a Fancy burger, and fries. We expected a buttery and crispy crust like toasted food would have, but in this case it was just cold-flattened burger... We couldn't taste truffle in the Fancy burger, just caramelised onions... maybe remove that onion jam and add something else that would not dominate the truffle taste. Overall, a unique idea but not what we expected, it was just like an average smash with a different way...
