I was unfortunate enough to fall near this place and hurt my knee badly on a hard surface. I went into this place and after waiting for 10-15 min to be noticed by a waiter, I finally ordered a drink and asked nicely for some ice for my knee. I could immediately tell by the waiter’s attitude that this was going to be… an experience, let’s call it that. The waiter came back with my drink after a few minutes and told me: ‘you’re going to have to wait some time for the ice, you’re not the only one here, I don’t have the time to bring you ice’. While I was sitting there, I have witnessed this waiter bring people around me glasses filled with ice for their drinks (so there is ZERO excuse for not bringing me ice), and the ice for me never arrived, as if I asked for a pot of gold and not something I needed quite urgently at that time due to my injury. At some point I asked for either the bill or the ice as I had to go asap because my knee was only getting worse and I got the bill and no ice (what a joke). I felt extremely disrespected and I cannot begin to describe how unprofessional and unpleasant this experience was. I have traveled a lot in my life and I have never experienced this level of rudeness. Second hand embarrassment,...
Read moreBoutique #1 is a bustling café right in the heart of the city center, making it a convenient spot to stop for a quick coffee or a short break during your day. Its prime location means it’s often busy, which adds to the energetic urban vibe but can also mean it’s a bit noisy at times.
The café offers a solid selection of drinks and light snacks, with quality coffee that hits the mark. It’s a great place to recharge, meet friends, or even get some work done if you don’t mind the lively atmosphere. Seating is a bit limited due to the popularity of the spot, so it’s best for shorter visits or grabbing coffee to go.
One thing to keep in mind is that prices here tend to be on the higher side compared to other cafés outside the city center. While the quality justifies it to an extent, it’s something to consider if you’re budget-conscious.
Overall, Boutique #1 delivers a good experience with tasty coffee and a central location that’s hard to beat. If you’re in the area and want a quick, quality caffeine fix, it’s definitely worth a visit—even if just for a brief pause amid...
Read morewe came to this place for a burger because a friend recommended it. we ordered the double patty one. at first, my eyes were full, then my stomach. my friends couldn’t even finish theirs, but I pushed myself and ate every last bite. and let me tell you—it was hands down the best burger I’ve ever had. there was this cheesy thing between the patties that made it even more delicious. the place is a bit pricey for the area, but it’s definitely worth it. it has a great view of Republic Square, the interior and exterior are both really nice, and the restrooms were clean. the staff weren’t the friendliest, but we didn’t have any problems either. we asked for wet wipes (apparently, they don’t have them in Serbia?), and they brought us a napkin in a hot glass instead ahahaha. it was such a funny moment that we even took a picture of it. ( ı added the photo). if I ever go to Serbia again, this will be my first stop. I can still taste...
