Walter Savski Venac — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

I’m content with most Walter restaurants but the one in Bircaninova is quite bad.

I ate there multiple times because I work near by and most of the time the food and service can’t compare to the other restaurants.

Most of the times I had cevapi for lunch they would come out cold, and I always come in the time where there’s not a lot of people in the restaurant.

Multiple times the servers would get the order wrong and and couldn’t ask for a replacement order because I’m always in a hurry because of work and because the food always takes 45+ minutes to come, whatever the order is.

In general the food quality is not on par on what it used to be a few years ago, when it comes to the new menu, the food with the kajmak sauce is...

My sister and I have ordered one ćevapi portion (10 pieces) for me and one ćevapi portion (15 pieces) for my sister and a child - we both got 10 ćevapi portion and realised too late and our mistake was that we haven’t counted our ćevapi once they arrived. We told this to the service and they told us that manager will check on camera. Manager came and he showed us a low quality video where you cannot clearly see if they put 15 pieces in my sister’s portion. They gaslighted us that it’s our mistake, to cut the long story short - foreigners please be cautious of this place as they are cheaters. I will never go to Walter ever again and I hope manager will burn in hell for...

Nice location, near swiss embassy. The customer area is unexpextedly big. The choice of food is standard. Service OK, but little slow and clumsy. Prices for every customer.

The choice of food has been enlarged. You may choose between simple barbecue and tasty beefstake. There have been added: veal stew, new salads, sweets, etc. The service is OK.

Prices are going up, but closely with inflation rate. First time there were no "somun", but some replica, not as much tasty as somun bread. Everything else is as ever.
