Pilsner restaurant U Kemov — Restaurant in Banská Bystrica

Our experience was bad. First, we were not served for a very long time. Then we finally ordered our food and I asked them to bring us water as soon as possible because We were incredibly thirsty. The water was brought to us in 10 minutes and only after I reminded them again. Also there was something strange floating in my friend's water, so we asked waitress to change it. The food was delicious, by the way. But the waitress was very rude and annoyed. We tried to be polite and friendly, but we seemed to annoy her. That's why we didn't want to leave a tip, even though we do it all the time when we get adequate service. Imagine our surprise when we saw that the tip was already on the check :)) Maybe they do this somewhere, but we are not used to it. Literally paid ~2€ extra for a terrible service. I do not...

Food was not very good. I ordered the buffalo wings and my friend ordered the ribs, both were disappointing. The sides for the wings are a small bowl of raw vegetables, two sauces, and a stack of bread slices. My friend felt the beer was watered down. Restaurant was hot even though we were in May and it was mostly empty, and there was no music so the atmosphere was quiet. Prices are typical for the portion size. No hate toward the staff or owners but this restaurant should have not be rated 4 stars...

Keď tu čítam tie pozitívne recenzie na milý personál a príjemnú atmosféru, mám pocit že som v sobotu na obed bola v inom podniku s rovnakým názvom. Pevne verím, že obsluha mala len veľmi zlý deň, lebo taký amaterizmus som už veľmi dlho nevidela. Food runnerka nám doniesla polievku, ktorú sme neobjednali, a po upozornení že to nie je pre nás, bez jediného slovíčka zmätena odbehla. Toto sa zopakovalo 3 krát (!!), pričom už sme sa s partiou začali smiať nad bizarnosťou tej situácie. Doslova nikto zo zamestnancov, na ktorých sme natrafili, na nás nepôsobil ako profesionál. S kamoskou sme si objednali vyprážaný pastiersky syr. Prišlo nám takéto čudo, ale boli sme hladní a rozhodli sme sa že to zjeme. Neviem no, spravte si názor sami, no podľa mna toto nie je hodné 8-9€. Sedeli sme na terase, no cestou na WC som videla v interiéri totálny bordel a chaos. Samotné WC je tiež úrovňou tretej cenovej - 1 kutica pre cely podnik. Pivko posúdiť neviem keďže som ho nemala, no od plzenskej reštaurácie očakávam teda úplne iný servis, atmosféru a čistotu. Som veľmi sklamaná, no keď budem nabuduce v BB, dám tomu...
