Duetto Ristorante — Restaurant in Bratislava

Horrible manager. It was completely his mistake that he didn't see a customer and after when he saw, he started denying that I was sitting here for 7 min and waiting for someone to attend me. I even asked the bar boy to send an assistant but literally no response. No apologies, nothing. On top of that I was told that I am lying. I asked for a feedback book but they have none.

I have been here several times and I was attended by a waiter ( He wears spectacles and takes his job very attentively ) Apart from such good experience with him, this experience just finished my love for this restaurant.

No customer service at all. Sad to see that such person is the manager here. I had to leave the restaurant with my kid after...

It’s “only” a restaurant in a shopping center, but it’s amazing and worth while visiting. Interior looks great, staff is superb and food is perfect. I eat here several times a week and I tried many of the dishes. None disappointed. Tastes great. Prepared with care and with the best culinary techniques. The portions are also spot on. Well at least for me. If you’re not a big eater you might find some slightly big.

Take this restaurant to sea side in Italy and it would blend in perfectly.

Pricing is not bad either....

Let's start with the positive. The food was really good, they have delicious wines, and the restaurant is stylish.

Now the negative, and why we'll probably not visit this place again. Even if food was really good, just two things were bad: baked potatoes (with steak on lava stone) were bland, and garlic sauce was disgusting. The waitress was not very pro.
