The whole restaurant smelled like frying oil, and we had to wash all our clothes after eating there. The wakame was unusually pale, which is a sign of low-quality wakame or aged/improperly stored wakame (see the picture). The kimchi had a tangy, almost “boozy” undertone, likely due to over-fermentation, suggesting it was either stored improperly or was too old. This was quite disappointing for a restaurant that has great potential.
