Will unfortunately not be going back there. I have never experienced such an awful customer service before. The tall female employee was unbelievably rude to my sister after SHE made a mistake with my sister's order. While my sister was talking the employee lifted up her hand and shushed my sister... How unbelievably rude. She then claimed that we read the menu wrong (which we didn't and later pointed out to her) but still she said we were wrong and that it was our problem. The other employee (the shorter lady) tried to talk but the other employee just kept talking over her. How unfortunate. I loved going there, but I won't let someone talk to me or my sister like that. Will never go there again due to this...

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! The tall girl that took our order was so unbelievably rude! She got my order wrong, and instead of just correcting it, she very rudely, started explaining to me why I was wrong and she was correct. Fact is, i did not get what i asked for and she could have handled it differently. I can also add, that it is NOT THE FIRST TIME i have encountered this very rude and abrupt behaviour from this lady! It is a shame that she is allowed to tarnish an otherwise beautiful shop! I am sorry to say that I will never set foot in the shop when she is behind...

Great little place with friendly staff. Just a note to the owners to consider, if you open at 09:00 for business on a Monday, then ensure you have all your ingredients ready for people arriving at 09:00 to order. Last week we couldn’t get what we came for because the tapioca wasn’t cooked yet. Today we arrived at 14:00 and again couldn’t get what we came for because there was no tapioca available.
